Dutch Open 2009
The biggest A-Class tournament 2009 in Europe were the Dutch Open in Eindhoven. Just 1000 participants from 52 nations, under it numerous Olympia's medal winners and world champions gave themselves the honour. Many entries had to be rejected, because the capacity of this event was already reached.
Frans von Boxtel and his Taekoplan-Team in co-operation with the TBN organized excellent competitions.
Fights took place on 10 areas under leadership of 64 experienced Referees with the adidas Electronic Body Protectors (EBP). A new era began with the EBP for the Dutch Open which has fully proved itself.
